Refund Policy
- All returns must be back to our storefront within 15 days of the day received.
- If 15 days have gone by since the date of delivery stated in the tracking information, unfortunately we can't offer you store credit.
- Store credit will be provided to you via gift card, via email.
- Sale Items are FINAL SALE!
- Merchandise must be returned NEW CONDITION! This means, unwashed, unworn, odor free, NO marks deodorant or makeup.
- Item must have tags attached to receive STORE CREDIT.
- We will only accept returns if the item(s) is eligible to be RESOLD!
Returns must include the following to complete your request:
- Full name used to place order.
- Order number
- List of items being returned
- Reasons for the return
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return Item(s). We will notify you of the approval or rejection your return 1-5 days.
If the return is approved, it will be processed and store credit will be sent In the form of a gift card via email.
SHIPPING
BUYER will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Buyer is also responsible to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and are therefore not responsible for items lost during shipping.
